Who judges awards?

Each of the awards will be judged by a distinguished panel of experts. The judges have been selected for their expertise in their chosen field.

What do the judges look for?

The aim of the awards is to recognise excellence and reward extraordinary advancement, teamwork and passion for the administrative field in Africa. The judges look for exemplary individuals each year. If nominated, be concise, clear and remember the judges will be using the nomination criteria to assess each nominee, so make sure you cover all the points in your submission.

How are the entries judged?

All entries are evaluated by our expert panel of filter judges. The initial judges will shortlist up to six finalists for the categories. A winner for each category will be carefully selected on the judging day.
